Successful candidate must be dependable, possess excellent telephone and customer service skills, and a team player. Candidate will provide third party collection services for the telecommunication industry.
Job Requirements and Qualifications include:
Able to type at least 20 wpm while talking with customers
Must be very Dependable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Money Motivated
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a Plus!
Prior 3rd Party Consumer Collections or Customer Service Call Center a Plus!
