The CMI Group Accelerates Growth with Dallas Relocations
Plano, Texas – The CMI Group (CMI), a 100% employee-owned provider of accounts receivable, contact center and revenue cycle solutions, has relocated to new business locations in the Dallas area to accommodate rapid growth, increasing to nearly 90,000 square feet of operating space companywide.
The three new locations in Coppell, Dallas and Plano leverage the areas diverse talent pool and feature open, collaborative office space with enhanced employee amenities and technology infrastructure allowing for a more effective work environment while accommodating continued growth.
“Our relocated offices in the Dallas area represents a milestone for CMI and is a celebration of value, service and partnership to our clients and employees-owners,” said Carrie Finney, President and CFO. “Everyone benefits from the opportunities this expansion presents.”
In addition to expanding its physical operation capacity, CMI is strategically expanding its concentration of services and winning a larger share in the markets where it competes. This strategy encompasses three components:
- Building on CMI’s strong foundation of experience providing accounts receivable, revenue cycle and contact center solutions in the marketplace by adding new service lines in Omni-channel, healthcare and government
- Organically adding new clients to its portfolio thru solutions-based selling strategies
- Investing in strategic acquisitions in the healthcare and government channels
The relocation initiative kicked off in September with the move of CMI’s operations center from Carrollton to Coppell. That followed with the move of CMI’s executive and administrative teams from Carrollton to Plano; the final phase of the move concluded with the relocation of CMI’s downtown Dallas operations center to a new location a short distance away from the existing site. CMI’s office in Rochester, MN will remain in its current location.
Relocation celebrations included ribbon-cutting ceremonies, an open house, and client visits and tours.
The Dallas relocations unfolded in concert with CMI unveiling a new logo and tagline in September. The refreshed look reflects who CMI is today and symbolizes the dynamic future ahead. Through this brand evolution, CMI announced its new tagline – Relationships Matter – that embodies CMI’s commitment to relationships and its belief that success occurs when individuals collaborate on common objectives.
