Cally Christensen Joins The CMI Group as Regional Sales Director for Healthcare
Carrollton, TX: The CMI Group (CMI) is excited to announce Cally Christensen has joined the organization as Regional Sales Director, Healthcare, serving the Mountain West region. She will be driving CMI’s revenue cycle and accounts receivable management expansion.
Christensen comes to CMI with a wealth of experience within the healthcare industry. During the last 20 years, she has collaborated with numerous healthcare organizations to enhance their services in the areas of patient experience training and consulting, patient-centric collections, leadership coaching, and strengthening relationships within revenue cycle and accounts receivable management.
She has been active in HFMA for more than five years. In 2017, she received the Follmer Merit Award for Outstanding Service and named “Volunteer of the Year” in her home chapter of Colorado HFMA (COHFMA.) She serves as the COHFMA marketing and communications chair and as the Women in Leadership co-chair since 2014.
Christensen has presented for multiple HFMA HERe events and state annual conferences on various topics including: Consumerism, Improving Front of the House Collections, Tips and Tricks for Collecting Patient Pay, Negotiation, and Self-Care and Mindfulness.
