The CMI Group Hosts Food Drive for North Texas Food Bank
Carrollton, TX: During November 2017, the CMI Group (CMI) conducted a food drive to raise donations for the North Texas Food Bank. The CMI Group and its employees raised over $670 in monetary donations and over 1,000 pounds in food donations. This is enough to provide nearly 3,000 meals.
“The holidays can be a challenging time for many and especially challenging for those struggling to feed themselves or their families,” said CMI call center agent Sergio Reyes. “I am so proud to be part of a company that values contributions to our local community.”
The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a top-ranked nonprofit relief organization, providing access to more than 190,000 meals each day for hungry children, seniors and families through a network of more than 1,000 programs and 200 Partner Agencies within a 13-county service area.
